USA Football is an independent non-profit organization whose purpose is to support and expand football at all amateur levels. The first national advocacy group created for this purpose, USA Football was launched in December 2002 and received initial funding from the National Football League and the NFL Players Association, through the NFL Youth Football Fund. Their mission as a national advocacy organization is to support and enhance the development and operation of leagues, teams, coaches, parents and players across the United States with resources and best practices such as coaching and health & safety information. Great site on officiating as well.
